This workshop forms part of our Navigation Qualification. It’s a great introduction and foundation to weather. We will cover weather theory, global and local weather patterns, and other weather-related phenomena. We will also cover how to obtain and interpret forecasts and do some of your own forecasting once you are on the water.
After this course you will be far better at determining appropriate weather window for any passage and forecast possible change in weather by observation.
