The course is aimed at anyone who needs to learn to set up and use the set effectively as a navigation aid and for collision avoidance.
The course content was developed by the Royal Yachting Association to help small vessel operators, both power and sail get better use of their radar. You will get to experience different scenarios through a simulator covering all aspects of radar usage.
You will gain the confidence to use your radar in conditions of restricted visibility and the knowledge to understand what is on your radar screen.
